Working for the Saskatoon Housing Authority, the Tenant Relations Programs Coordinator is primarily responsible for planning, implementation, facilitation and evaluation of the Rent-Ed program. Facilitates and provides education & services that enrich the lives of SHA tenants and community partnerships. This position establishes, develops, & maintains partnerships within the community & represents the housing authority and SHC. This position assists with the development of an annual program/service plan as would align with our missions and values statement.
Excellent customer services skills are essential in this position. Must be confident working, maintaining and creating social media accounts and update of the organizational website as requested.
This valuable position will develop and maintain positive working relationships with all tenants, staff and management of the housing authority as well as outside agencies/partnerships.
You must be in possession of a valid driver's license and have use of a roadworthy vehicle. A criminal record check with vulnerability sector will be required prior to hire.
