The Senior Alumni and Donor Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to engage alumni and donors, furthering the objectives of Saskatchewan Polytechnics Advancement division. This role involves creating and managing alumni and donor programs, building online communities, coordinating events, and leading volunteer initiatives. The specialist will implement targeted communication plans to highlight alumni stories, enhance connections, and elevate the institutions reputation. Working collaboratively within a centralized structure, the role will utilize research and analytics to develop initiatives that foster strong relationships with alumni and donors across various engagement stages. In addition, the specialist will manage data collection and analysis to gain insights into audience needs and continuously refine engagement strategies based on feedback. The position also includes supervising additional engagement staff, ensuring the coordination and effective implementation of programming. The role requires strategic thinking and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet engagement goals.
