The Manager, Transnational Education (TNE) collaborates with international stakeholders, funders, and industry partners to design customized corporate training solutions, transnational education (TNE) initiatives, international development projects, and is accountable to the quality and effectiveness of these programs.
Based in Saskatoon, you will strategically and proactively collaborate with International Enrolment and International Projects and Partnerships and be accountable to the Associate Vice-President, International. You will also:
- Create new TNE initiatives through new partnerships and current relationships,
- Develop sustainable financial plans for TNE,
- Ensure resource allocation for programs and services align with strategic priorities and meet
objectives,
- Coordinate the delivery of contract training, and other TNE initiatives,
- Collaborate with legal and financial stakeholders ensuring integrity and sustainability of
partnerships and mitigate institutional risks,
- Negotiate and manage memoranda of understanding and contractual agreements,
- Ensure operations and international partners comply with SaskPolytech values, policies, and
federal and provincial guidelines,
- Review and update existing policies, processes, and systems as they relate to TNE, and
- Manage employees throughout their employee life cycle.
