Job duties:
Call customers based on provided calling list and inviting them to events
Draft script provided
Send emails to those requesting
Register attendees for events
Leave messages as needed
Track calls in spreadsheet
Note interaction in internal systems
Call all registered attendees to remind them of the events 2 days prior
Other duties may include entering evaluation forms and other data into post-event call plans
