We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel operations at our Days Inn Regina Eastgate location. In this position, you will direct the day-to-day operations and activities at your allocated hotel location. Your duties will include leading, managing and holding staff accountable, monitoring budgets, and evaluating hotel performance. To excel in this role, you must be approachable and detailed-oriented with proven hospitality or management work experience in Canada. Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your Background:
-3+ years hospitality experience.
-Working knowledge of OPERA property management system is preferred but not necessary.
-The ability to lead, manage, and hold team accountable.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Effective English-speaking communication skills.
-A true desire to create a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work weekends, if required.
