Position Overview:
The Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) will play a key role in shaping and executing our business growth strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO and upper management, the CBDO will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our market presence, foster client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in business development and a hands-on approach to executing strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives and maximize market opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, business partners, and key stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance client acquisition and retention. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners and establish a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
Market Expansion: Identify and analyze new markets and business opportunities. Develop market strategies to penetrate new sectors and drive competitive advantage.
Business Development Initiatives: Oversee the implementation of growth projects, manage sales projections, and forecast revenues to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the executive team to align business development strategies with over

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the Pipeline and Civil Construction.
