Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Dispatcher / Logistics Manager to coordinate our fleet operations and ensure the smooth flow of manpower and equipment to and from job sites. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for logistics, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Efficiently dispatch and coordinate equipment and personnel to various job sites.
-Monitor and manage schedules to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
-Communicate effectively with field crews and management to address any issues that arise.
-Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and equipment usage.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field (construction experience preferred).
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
-A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
