Position Summary:  Provide general administrative support for the day-to-day operations for Saskatoon Temple(Church) and Community Services.
Administration:  
Perform general office duties such as answering and screening calls, greets visitors.  May serve as receptionist for work location.
Drafts and types correspondence or generate reports (eg. letters dealing with admin. issues, dictation, acknowledgements, minutes etc).  Researches and responds to inquiries on behalf of supervisors and resolves routine inquiries.
Drafts and prepares presentations, brochures, flyers, advertisements, invitations, etc.  
Files documents electronically and manually and distributes materials as requested.
Sends and receives faxes/emails as requested.  May monitor general emails accounts.
