Description

Yorkton Cap-It, a member of the Key Auto Group, is accepting applications for the position of part-time XPEL Installation Technician at our thriving store. This rewarding role is responsible for the application of XPel paint protection which helps our customers retain maximum resale on their vehicles. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and is able to precisely monitor work for quality.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Install XPel paint protection film onto vehicles
*Use computer software to prepare film for application
*Complete assigned work with precision and accuracy
*Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
*Ensure safety and cleanliness of work area
*Follow all safety policies and complete safety training as required
*Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
*Completion of Grade 12
*Ability to provide criminal record clearance
*Valid drivers license
*Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
*Ability to manage time effectively
*Ability to monitor work for quality
*A moderate level of computer literacy is required
*Previous experience completing tasks with precision is beneficial
*Knowledge of WHMIS and ability to work safely with chemicals
*Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
*Ability to remain on feet for extended periods of time
*Keen attention to detail
*Experience applying paint protection film is an asset but not required
