IEI Industrial Electric & Instrumentation Ltd. was founded in 1975 and together with our alliance to Comtech (Communication Technologies) Ltd., we supply electrical, instrumentation, automation, and communication goods and services to several major clients.

Responsibilities:

-Install, examine, replace or repair electrical components.
-Test equipment and components for current, continuity and voltage.
-Install fiber optic, structured wiring, and RF cabling and components.
-Interpret electrical code specifications.
-Ability to read blueprints, schematics and drawings.
-Provide a safe work environment through continuous training and development.
-Operate with honesty, integrity and respect.

Requirements:

-Completion of secondary school.
-Completion of a electrician apprenticeship program.
-Journeyperson certification is required.
-Thorough knowledge and experience with new service installations.
-Experience in commercial and industrial electrical work is considered an asset.
-Experience with telecommunication systems would be an asset.
