Conexus Arts Centre, Reginas premier venue, is seeking a Stage Carpenter - Department Head to lead our staging team and collaborate with lighting and audio departments. Your Role:
As Stage Carpenter - Department Head, youll oversee staging operations, lead the stage department, and work closely with the Head Audio and Stage Lighting Technicians. From building sets to seamless stage management, youll be integral to creating the magic our audiences experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and schedule the staging team, including coordinating part-time staff.
Collaborate with lighting and audio departments for cohesive technical support.
Staff and coordinate show calls, handling set changes and scenery movement.
Manage set construction, scenery movement, and equipment maintenance.

About You:
Experienced in Theatrical/Stage Carpentry with knowledge of OH&S standards, rigging, fly systems, and stage procedures.
A proactive leader skilled in scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving.
Physically capable of lifting equipment and comfortable in high-noise environments.
A strong communicator who works well across departments.
