Description

Job Title: Property Maintenance Person  
Location: Saskatoon  
Position Type: Full-time Permanent  
Reports to: Services Manager  
Our Vision: The Carter House, through Kamor Integrated Health Services, provides hope, health, and happiness through holistic, trauma-informed support for families overcoming substance abuse.  
Our Mission: We are committed to integrated health services that support family recovery through education and culturally competent interventions.  
Who We Are Looking For: We seek passionate individuals to make a difference in families lives facing substance abuse.  
What Your Day Will Look Like: Oversee safe and efficient operation of the building and property, manage HVAC and boiler systems (Fireman Boiler Operator ticket required), conduct repairs, perform lawn maintenance, and organize storage areas.  
Job Requirements: A valid drivers license; understanding of electrical, plumbing, drywalling, and painting; knowledge of power tools; ability to follow safety protocols; positive attitude; teamwork capacity.  
Compensation: $21 to $24 per hour with benefits.
