Developing and implementing quality processes and procedures
-Inspecting products at various stages
-Writing reports documenting production issues
-Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product
-Designing product specifications
-Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety
standards
-Assisting in developing and monitoring production standards
-Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production
-Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes
-Formulating standards in correlation to industry standards and
customer expectation
-Championing and implementing corrective and preventive measures
-Collaborating with key stakeholders to set quality benchmarks
-Liaise with suppliers and end users.
Skills/Qualifications
-Degree or diploma in Quality Management or Engineering
-Proficient in MS Office
-Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis and
statistical method
-An in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant
standard
-Organized, with an eye for detail and a result-driven approach
-Knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies
-Excellent verbal and communication skill
-A get it done attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get
the job done
-Valid drivers license
-Knowledge of pressure vessel code or exposure to, is a benefit
-AutoCAD experience a benefit
