Description

Duties include (but not limited to):
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals
Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems
Recommends and schedules repairs for personal computer and network resources
Installs and configures workstations
Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems
Maintains record of all inventory issued and keep track of all equipment signed in and/or signed out
Job Requirements
2-year Diploma/Certificate in computer science, or a field related to the IT industry is preferred
MUST have Grade 12 Diploma
2 years of experience in IT hardware maintenance
A combination of education and experience may be considered
Highly developed understanding of industry regulations, standards, and best practices
Ability to adapt to new technology
Ability to identify issues and implement creative and strategic solutions to overcome problems
MUST have Saskatchewan class 5 Drivers license
MUST provide a satisfactory Drivers Abstract and Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector check
