We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Auditor in Regina, SK.

Main Duties include:

Prepares and updates Internal Audit Charter for submission to the CFO.
Prepares the risk-based audit plan - including methodology, approach and related processes in accordance with regulatory, legal and industry standards and organizational requirements.
Finalizes the audit plan, scope, and timeliness for submission to the CFO.
Conducts audits of financial, operational, and compliance areas to assess effectiveness and efficiency, controls, and risk.
Performs detailed testing, analysis, and assessment with respect to applicable laws, the integrity of corporate systems, processes, procedures, and related controls.
Documents audit observations, findings, and associated risks.
Creates a quarterly audit report.

Education/Experience/Skills/Competencies for Success:

Bachelor of Administration or Commerce with a major in Accounting.
A CPA designation and an active member of CPA Saskatchewan. A Certified Internal Auditor designation would be an asset.
Three to five years of progressive and successful audit experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of sound audit practices as they relate to financial and operational processes.
Skilled use of MS Office and related financial systems and software technologies.
