Maintain the location health & safety training records, schedule all safety training, and ensure all training is completed in a timely manner as per company policies;
Maintain monthly safety talk records;
Assist in accident investigations as needed; provide assistance in ensuring Occupational Health & Safety compliance and protocol are being met;
Participate in all Health &Safety training, with the future purpose of taking on the role of trainer and providing in-house Health & Safety training;
Assist with new employee orientation documents and processes;
Ensure all office supplies, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), kitchen supplies and any other miscellaneous supplies are properly stocked; reorder as needed;
Navigate and extract information on orders, production and shipping schedules from the ERP Software System as required;
Assist with daily, weekly, monthly production reporting; provide back up support to the Operations Analyst;
