Infra Pipe Solutions Ltd. (Infra Pipe) has over 60 years of experience specializing in the design, manufacture, and custom fabrication of engineered polyethylene systems for water, wastewater, and storm water management applications.  Infra Pipe offers its clients full-service engineering support in the design and manufacture of custom systems to meet their projects specific requirements.

Infra Pipe is currently seeking candidates to work as Extruder Operators in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The primary responsibility is to operate plastic extruding machines and monitor production lines, obtaining target production yield. On-the-job training is provided. This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge of the HDPE pipe industry for career growth with the company. The location of work for this role will be based at our Saskatoon, SK Production Department located at 348 Edson Street, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7J 4L7.

This is a permanent full-time position, based on 40 hours per week.  Further information respecting the position can be found below.

Position

Extruder Operators will be responsible for operating and running extrusion machinery for HDPE pipe production. Duties for this role will also include, but not be limited to the following:

    Assisting in the line operation of extrusion equipment used to product HDPE pipe in accordance with established Infra Pipe procedures, policies, and standards.

    Packaging pipe in accurate pallet sizes and quantities and document production; identify, transfer, and load material for production.

    Performing quality checks to pipe products, ensuring they meet Infra Pipe quality standards.

    Troubleshooting, maintaining, and making minor repairs to equipment, as required
