Description

Yorkton Cap-It, a member of the Key Auto Group, invites applications for the position of Sales Representative and Installer in our thriving store. This position sells products, provides outstanding customer service and installs accessories on vehicles.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Create and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
*Ensure safety and cleanliness of shop
*Installation of truck caps and tonneau covers
*Install rims, lift kits, LED upgrades, towing hitches and other vehicle accessories
*Provide excellent customer service
*Ensure all installs are completely correctly and efficiently
*Participate in ongoing learning and development
*Follow all safety policies and complete safety training as required
*Remove, change and balance tires
*Communicate professionally and effectively

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
*Completion of Grade 12
*1-2 years experience installing accessories on vehicles
*Strong mechanical aptitude
*Ability to monitor work for quality
*Computer literacy and familiarity with QuickBooks software
*Ability to use email
*Ability to operate automotive equipment (i.e., hoist, jack stands, tire balancer, etc.)
*Ability to work safely and follow procedures
*High level of customer service and communication skills
*Ability to work independently
*Ability to manage time effectively

WORKING CONDITIONS:

*Some heavy lifting required. Safe lifting procedures are available.
*Occasional exposure to high noise levels. Hearing protection is provided.
