The Morning Production Team Member contributes to the daily success of The Everyday Kitchen by working under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager and the Morning Production Supervisor to produce all of our cinnamon buns and bagels for retail, delivery, and special orders.

The successful candidate will preferably have prior pastry/baking experience and an understanding of basic kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is an early morning person and team player who is interested in maintaining the mission and culture of The Everyday Kitchen.

The Morning Production Team Member will be trained in all of our morning production roles including: bagel and cinnamon bun production, as well as prep.

Responsibilities:
Accurately and consistently make recipes and products
Accurately feed and care for our sourdough starter
Follow recipes accurately and consistently
Ensure cleanliness and organization of production kitchen space and equipment, including dishwashing


DETAILS
- Pastry/bakery experience preferred, but not required
- Job Type: Full-time 32 - 40 hours / week
- Availability between 4:00am-12:00pm, Thursday - Monday availability
