In this role, you will play a crucial part in establishing and supporting effective IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, IT governance, and standardized toolsets. Your leadership will be key in delivering efficient and effective services that meet the diverse needs of our business partners and customers.
-IT Service Management Office Capabilities:
-IT Service Desk and first point of contact customer support
-Process effectiveness and quality assurance
-IT Service Catalog and Knowledge Base management
-ITSM platform administration and support
-Organizational change management and Technology Adoption
-Operational change enablement
-Stakeholder engagement and communication
As a member of the Information Technology Services (ITS) management team you will oversee the growth and development of a talented group of approximately 15 staff members.
