Reporting to the Executive Director, the Manager of Governance and Engagement will:
- Support ACEC-SK's various governance responsibilities including preparing Board briefing packages and agendas, handling logistics, taking minutes, and managing the associations nine different committees;
- Organize and plan member engagement events including the association's signature golf tournament and awards banquet;
- Liaise with members and support the association's engagement with them; and
- Provide office administration for the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or similar role;
- Significant experience in event management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong skills in Excel;
- Exposure to Adobe Suite (InDesign) is an asset;
- Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated; and
- Must have a strong member and customer service orientation.
