Responsibilities

During the night shift, provide operational support and supervision to all TCOC homes in the specific region.
Responsible for providing supervision and support in the event of any emergencies orserious injuries incurred by childrenduring the night shift andarranging appropriate medical-relatedcare.
Support during the night shift intakeprocess (if any) for children placed in the home.
Manage the staff complements in the region and will directly handlethe staff grievances and scheduling issues,if any.
Providing overall leadership and administration to the night shift staff for effective working aligned withTCOC strategic goals.

Requirements

The candidate should have a valid class 5 license
Leadership experience will be preferred
