RAINSOFT (REGINA) LTD. needs to fill a long-term full-time or part-time Office Administration/Reception position.
Candidates must have the following attributes: a minimum of three years of office experience with a variety of administrative skills, such as fluency in English, computer/email skills, reception/phone skills, handling payments, handling Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable, experience with accounting programs, organizational skills, excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to make their position efficient and effective.
Candidates must be mature, have excellent people and telephone skills, and enjoy working alongside others. Above all, candidates must have a passion for providing excellent customer service. We typically pay more than industry averages, depending on experience.
