As a key member of the Marketing team, the Supervisor, Marketing is responsible for helping deliver on the objectives within the strategic marketing plan for the organization.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develops, recommends, and/or implements department operational plans in alignment with corporate strategic plans.
Collaborates with creative teams (designers, writers, editors) to develop a creative platform and implement marketing programs and promotional materials.
Conducts and analyzes customer research to gain insights into demographics, psychographics, and behaviors, ensuring marketing efforts are tailored effectively.
Demonstrates leadership and builds first-rate teams; maintains an inclusive and positive organizational culture in a highly competitive business environment.
Manages attendance at trade shows, including coordinating resources, personnel, and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
An undergraduate degree in business with a major in Marketing or related post-secondary education.
Five years successful work experience working in a similar capacity with strong community-based connections.
Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
Proven track record in creating and executing successful multi-media marketing programs.
Direct experience with graphic design and website maintenance.
Demonstrated proficiency in Internet marketing techniques, SEO, social marketing and solutions.
