Sherwood Co-op is recruiting for the position of Full-time Gas Bar/C-Store Manager located in Regina, SK.
Duties:
Demonstrate and promote Sherwood Co-operatives values of Teamwork, Pride, Service and Excellence consistently in attitude and action.
Work co-operatively with team members to deliver legendary service to make all guests and employees of our Co-op feel at home here.
Ensure standards of department presentation and operations are met, including cleanliness and sanitation, inventory control, purchasing, and the delivery of world-class customer service.
Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity. Develop, review, and obtain approval of annual operating budgets to ensure adherence and appropriate utilization of funds.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes a strong culture of engagement within the department.
Provide leadership and direction to employees in accordance with company policies, procedures, programs, merchandising standards, and overall expectations.
Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors. Coaches team members, providing day to day direction and guidance, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, performance management, training, and development.
