Due to our continued growth and expansion, JS Truckmart has a permanent full-time opening to join our team. This is an entry level position, perfect for someone with a positive attitude who would thrive supporting a team and working directly with people.  The hours are Monday to Friday 8 hours/day with opportunities for overtime, employer is willing to consider a P/T position working Wednesday to Friday 8 hours/day.

Duties:
- Greeting incoming customers
- Assisting customers with picking up parts and returns
- Supporting remote team members by processing transactions
- Cross-training to provide coverage for vacation time
- Office tasks, including reconciliations of freight
- Handling incoming phone calls
- Processing cores and returns
- Processing online credit card payments

Required Skills:
- Verbal and written English
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Goal oriented
- Proven success in showing initiatives to learn new tasks
- Team player
- Ability to follow written & verbal directions
- Attention to detail
