This is a varied position responsible and accountable for recording and preparation of accurate financial transactions and statements, the management of payroll services (and related human resource functions), the rental and occupancy of two apartment buildings and tenant services plus assisting with the day to day operations of the business office including assisting with the development and implementation of related policies and procedures, systems and reports while ensuring the Catholic Mission of the organization is maintained.
Qualifications:
Post secondary education such as commerce degree or certificate in business management or accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Effective problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in the use of computers.
