This position will be fast paced and require the individual to be well rounded in customer service have a eye for detail and enthused about learning the different areas in the hotel.
BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the highest quality of cleanliness within the hotel through directing and coordinating with the housekeeping operation in accordance with hotel standards.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
*Providing a clean, well-maintained lobby and public space
*Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by providing superior service and teamwork
*Following housekeeping standard operation procedures set by hotel
*Utilizing leadership skills and motivation techniques in order to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction-
Mopping off all public areas
Cleaning off all public was rooms
Detail dusting and vacuuming where needed
Distribution of amenities to required area
Shampoo Carpets
Distribution of laundry to required area
Swimming Pool & Hot Tub Water Testing as required
Minor Maintenance repairs as needed
Any other duties assigned by management.
