We're hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our technicians and customers with exceptional service.
Welldone Mechanical Services, locally owned and operated, has been delivering top-notch HVAC services in Regina since 1965. We're committed to customer service, innovation, and high-quality equipment for our commercial and light industrial clients.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Be the first point of contact for customers.
Answer and make calls.
Enhance each customer's experience.
Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
Enter data in real-time while communicating with customers.
Respond to inquiries via phone and email.
Schedule service and maintenance appointments.
Prioritize service requests and dispatch technicians.
Check time-sheet and purchase orders.
Use GPS for optimal routes.
Provide general administrative support.
PAY: Based on experience
WORK HOURS: Mon-Fri, 7:45am - 4:45pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of customer service, scheduling, or similar experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt, stay calm under pressure
Proficient with multiline phones, text, and email
40+ WPM typing
Experience with CRM/ERP systems (BuildOps) preferred
Dispatching experience is a plus
