Must demonstrate proficiency in computer programs, and have experience using SAGE Simply Accounting, Excel, OpenInvoice and various safety compliance companies.
Responsibilities will encompass, yet not be confined to:
Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll & bank
reconciliations.
Recording daily transactions.
Keeping various safety compliance programs in compliance
including ISN Networld, 8PM & Complyworks
Preparing customer statements and bank deposits.
Organizing and filing documents.
Providing customer assistance via phone and assisting in
product location.
Loading and unloading stock.
Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as necessary.
Performing forklift operations.
Undertaking general maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Conducting deliveries as necessary.
Engaging in occasional heavy lifting.
The selected candidate MUST currently hold Canadian Permanent residency in SASKATCHEWAN and should exhibit proficiency in prioritizing tasks, organizing daily schedules, working independently, and consistently delivering high-quality work.
Hours may vary Monday Friday
