What will you be working on?
- Help manage the workflow in all areas of the Warehouse and the warehouse staff
- Hands on participation in all areas of the Warehouse
- Keep products separated, organized, sorted and into good rotation order
- Monitor all part and product quality on a frequent basis
- Utilize a continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Follow good warehouse and safe work practices
- Initiate cycle counts and direct staff on how and when to perform them
- When required operate forklift and pallet jack to load and unload goods

What is required for this role?
- Minimum 5 years of previous warehouse experience is required
- Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated leadership skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal and written direction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be authorized to work in Canada
