The Data Entry Clerk reports to the IT Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring data consistency and integrity throughout the Agency's database. this position will be located in the Yorkton Office. The Data Entry Clerk provides data entry, information processing, word processing, report preparation, and coordinates with other data entry stewards and other stakeholders within YTL. Liaise with the IT Systems Administrator and YTL management to continually update on the Database and Case Management System (CMS) progress and ensure input data quality is clean and valid to maintain the accountability of YTL on operational and performance measure information.
Certificate or University Diploma in computers and/or database application softwares with 3 years experience in related field.
Information Technology Bachelors Degree with 1 year experience in related field is an asset Certificate in Social Work with 12 months experience OR Certificate in Office Administration with 12 months experience Minimum 1-year experience in computer data entry field and BI systems Excellent skills in supporting and solving issues on the above technologies. 1 year of MS server management required.
Knowledge of the Cree, Nakota, Lakota and Saulteaux Culture and the political and social objectives of the YTL-YTCCFS Inc. member First Nations. Must have a valid Saskatchewan drivers license and a reliable vehicle, Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, Must be able to sign a Non-disclosure and an Oath of Confidentiality form, Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, Ability to work with little or no supervision, Manual dexterity is required
