Canadian Mental Health Association, Battlefords Branch is seeking a motivated and committed individual to fill a permanent, casual Job Coach position.
The Job Coach is responsible for supervising, supporting clients and participating themselves in vocational work day to day (janitorial, housekeeping, vehicle maintenance, recycling, newspapers, fliers, yard work, snow removal, campground upkeep and maintenance). The position includes transporting and clients, performing administrative and other duties as assigned.
Experience working with persons living with mental illness preferred and delivery of social/recreational programs an asset. A strong work ethic, an ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, strong communication and organizational skills, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract and criminal records with a vulnerable sector check provided upon offer of employment. Permanent resident of Canada, residing in the Battlefords.
