SSILC is seeking a professional Business Advisory Consultant to address the needs for the Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Program (EDP) for a 6-month term position to cover over a leave of absence.  
Consulting Services Required:
-Provide consulting services to consumers in a manner that is sensitive to a person with a disability.
-Provide one-to-one business counselling services to consumers which may include all aspects of business, such as human resources, marketing, business administration, operations and financing.
-Consulting services may include the development, updating, and delivery of business and professional skills sessions, and workshops, as may be determined, to be required.
- All services to entrepreneurs will be delivered in-person with the possibility of some remote work, directed by management.

Skills and Abilities:
-A degree or formal education in Business Administration and/or extensive training, skills and experience in business management and/or small business counselling and self-employment.
-Knowledge and/or understanding of Person Centre Planning, Independent Living Philosophy, and Reality Therapy.
-Experience working in the not-for-profit sector.
-You are a person with a disability or health condition or have experience caring for or working with a person with a disability/health condition.
-Previous experience as an entrepreneur/self-employed.
-Previous experience developing and facilitating module/workshops.
-Previous experience working in health.
