Are you an organized, energetic self-starter with a passion for supporting leadership teams? Join the Conexus Arts Centre, Regina's premier multi-functional Performing Arts and Convention facility, as a full-time Administrative Coordinator. This pivotal role supports our Board of Directors and manages a variety of administrative tasks for our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Board Support
Preparation compiling of Board packages and agendas;
Reporting, Board governance and planning;
Communication with and tracking of Board member activities.
General Administrative Support
Client services tasks, preparing quotes and invoices;
Preparing reports, scheduling for senior managers;
Contract fulfillment and tracking;
Maintenance of client and employee records;
Scheduling and updating of meetings;
Drive efficiency by contributing to process improvements and supporting the development of corporate policies..
Qualifications:
Experience supporting a board of directors, including familiarity with Robert's Rules of Order;
Ability to conduct business in a confidential manner;
A self-starter, team player and coachable;
Attention to detail;
A friendly, customer-focused demeanor;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Excellent organizational skills;
Fluency in written and spoken English.
