Our sales and service associate cultivates beneficial relationships with Biomed clients to influence public perception, promote our products and services, and ensure clients are satisfied as our company continues to grow.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Interacting with clients to discuss their needs and determine the best Biomed products/services to meet those needs;
Maintaining ongoing contact and cultivating positive professional relationships with key personnel within Biomed's client base to maintain client satisfaction;
Delivering and installing sharps containers and medical waste containers to clients as needed;
Conducting annual audits at all major health facilities across Saskatchewan;
Travelling to various clients to perform satisfaction reviews and customer support as needed;
Maintaining meticulous records of all products and services provided to customers;
Aiding in the development of a positive public perception of the company;
Facilitating communications between various departments in the company to optimizing the sales and service experiences of Biomed clients;
Participating in the development of new products and services as necessary; and
Working with other departments as necessary.
All job duties are expected to be performed to the highest standards. Throughout these various duties, you will represent the voice of the company and are typically the first and primary contact in client-interaction. Because of this, minimum requirements include interpersonal communication skills, analytical thinking skills, dependability, and adaptability. You must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License as this position requires travel.
