AsAccountant, you will:
- Provide full cycle accounting support, from entering information to preparing documents up to but not including year-end. This includes A/P, A/R, journal entries, payroll, bank reconciliation and reporting.
- Prepare / process government remittances including GST, PST and payroll source deductions, ensuring all regulatory filings are completed and submitted on a timely basis.
- Plan, recommend and implement process improvement/efficiencies.
- Develop strong working relationships and maintain a smooth flow of accounting information with the Management team, outside year-end Accountants and vendors.

Education & Experience:
- Related Diploma/Degree in Finance. A CPA financial designation is preferred. An equivalent of education and experience will be considered.
- 5-10 years+ full cycle accounting experience.
- Experience with full cycle accounting/operations in a small business setting is an asset.
- A strong working knowledge of computerized financial accounting programs, (i.e. Quickbooks/Quickbooks online) along with Word and Excel.
