Job Summary:
The One-on-One Support Worker works "one on one" with a Hope's Home child with complex medical and behavioral needs and is fundamental in helping the child learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Through their daily interaction with the child, they build and maintain a warm, caring, trusting and responsive relationship. They work closely with the Hope's Home team and outside professionals and help create and implement the child's individualized program plan that supports the child's developmental goals and objectives. This position reports to the Manager, Early Learning & Childcare and does not have any direct reports.

Responsibilities:
The One-on-One Support Worker is responsible for the day-to-day personal care for the child. This includes, but is not limited to, getting them involved in recreational activities; executing their therapies, care plans, and routines; and coordinating with the care team to accomplish the child's development goals.

Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- 8 hour shifts on PD Days
