Meadow Lake and Area Early Childhood Services is seeking a dynamic individual yo join our leadership team. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program Supervisor has primary responsibility for specific components of the coordination of family support services, for coaching with program teams (ECIP, SSP, and MEL). In fulfilling this responsibility, the Program Supervisor provides leadership and collaboration with staff. They also carry a caseload.
Qualifications include:
Post-secondary training in a field related to early childhood development with at the minimum a diploma. A degree in early childhood education, social work, nursing, or developmental psychology is required. Extensive practical experience may be considered equivalent
Experience and/or training in human resource management within a health or human service organization is preferred
Previous experience as an Early Interventionist or Specialized Support Facilitator is essential
At least one year of experience in early intervention
AEPS, ASQ and SMART goal training is preferred
At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience is desirable
Criminal and Vulnerable Sector records check
CPR C-AED and First Aid
Valid drivers license, travel required across our region
