Description

Work at front counter and take orders over phone.
Take payment from customer and serve food.
Suggest special offers and explain daily deals to the customers.
Stock drinks, dips and other side items in front cooler.
Make Portion of dips, wings, salads, and bites.
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health, and safety.
Preparing and presenting Reports of monthly complains to kitchen supervisor.
Investigate customer complaints and give suggestions.
Keep all receipts in cash register and balance payment sheet end of the day.
Clean and sanitize front counter and service area
Throw away garbage in designated area and clean containers
Sweep and mop front area and maintain cleanness as per franchise guideline
