Primary Responsibilities:
- Proficiently operate multi-head industrial embroidery machines and Wilcom Studio for design digitization and transfer.
- Ensure precise order execution, meeting daily deadlines while upholding exceptional quality standards.
- Hoop garments, caps, bags, etc., following project specifications and selecting suitable threads, hoops, and designs for each project.
- Verify order numbers and maintain garment accuracy with precision, consistently maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize production efficiency and follow detailed work order processes to meet customer deadlines.
- Operate computerized embroidery machines and contribute to shipping, receiving, and preparing products for production.
- Perform pre-embroidery garment care, threading, cleaning, backing removal, trimming, post-embroidery garment care, packaging, and maintain cleanliness in the embroidery area.
Qualifications:
- Proficient experience and knowledge in digitization, particularly with Wilcom Embroidery Studio software.
- Moderate computer knowledge and language skills.
- Professional, self-motivated, and capable of accurately interpreting production orders.
- Proficient in following detailed instructions with an unwavering attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Physical dexterity and the ability to stand for extended periods due to the nature of tasks.
- Minimum Three (3) years of relevant experience required.
