The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
Answer all incoming calls
Direct all incoming walk-in traffic
Receive/distribute in-coming/out-going correspondence/mail
Carry out general office duties such as typing, photocopying, faxing, filing, etc.
Maintain positive public relations on behalf of the department
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management
The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Grade 12 Diploma
Must have a valid Class 5 drivers license
Must have experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in an office setting is required
Ability to effectively deal with the public, excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
Punctual, trustworthy & reliable
