We are family owned and operated since 2003 and aim to keep that feeling of family even with an outside hire. You wouldn'tt just be joining a team, but a cohesive unit.
The successful candidate will be able to use a computer with intermediate skills, be physically fit, able and capable of lifting 50lbs regularly.
No previous experience is required, however it is beneficial.
*We do have a small dog on-site, so the candidate must be okay with animals.
DUTIES:
-Performing opening and closing duties correctly; insuring sales transactions are completed accurately using our specific POS system (Decor) and maintaining customer history. You will also be handling cash and operating our debit terminal.
-Providing in-store help and consultation for paint, wallpaper, sundries. flooring and blinds.
-Advising customers on proper products for their projects, pulling said product from the sales floor and tinting it to customers specifications.
-Stocking shelves and help with setting up displays.
-General cleaning and maintenance of sales room.
-Shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, unpacking shipments and putting items away.
-Work with associate to meet monthly sales goals
