Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading materials from trucks and railcars
Operating machinery and equipment to move and mix fertilizer products
Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Participating in safety meetings and following all safety protocols
Assisting with inventory management and record-keeping
Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment operation (forklift)
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to work flexible hours
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
