Description

We are located in Carpenter High School. We provide daycare services for infants and toddlers of teen parents attending Carpenter High School and students from North West College.
We are looking for an energetic, self motivated team leader with excellent communication skills that is able to provide leadership in the daycare.
Candidates need a knowledge of child development and the ability to provide programming for parents and children.

This is a full-time temporary position, covering a maternity leave starting November 2024.

Requirements:
ECE Level 3 preferred
Valid first aid certificate/CPR-C or willingness to obtain
Safe food handling certificate or willingness to obtain
Current criminal record check including a vulnerable sector check
Excellent Communication Skills
Comfortable with word document, spreadsheets and other computer work as needed
Strong organizational and administrative skills

Operational hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm following the Northwest School Division calendar.
