Description

The Coordinator develops and influences positive repatriation and reunification of children and youth transitioning from care to their family and home community. Influences case plans for the inclusion of culturally relevant programs that are unique to each child or youth in care and regularly communicates with MSS case workers to monitor the progress of planned case activities while promoting the identification with the kinship unit. Reports non-conformances and makes calls for action in a professional and meaningful manner.
