Main Function of this Position: Install and finish various elements in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail while maintaining a budget and schedule.

Responsibilities:
Install and finish various types of interior finishes including trim, window/door casings, cabinetry, doors, windows, and more.
Craft and install custom woodworking elements, such as built in shelving or cabinetry.
Assess and perform repairs on existing finishes as needed.
Work closely with other construction team members, supervisors, and contractors.
Maintain high standards of quality control and craftsmanship.
Operate tools and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety and report hazards in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Journeyperson certification is an asset.
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Personal transportation and a valid drivers license.
Knowledge of commercial and residential construction techniques, tools, and equipment.
Ability to write simple correspondence and reports.
Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50+ pounds.
Millwork experience.
