Oversee kitchen operations with responsibility.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Clean and sanitize kitchen, equipment, fixtures and work area.
Monitor Supplies and inform manager when running low.
Wash and peel vegetables and fruit, Prep for next day, set up and stock stations.
Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances with proper chemicals.
Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers.
May wash dishes, Pots and pans.
May take customer orders in person or over phone, answer phone, handle cash register, etc.
Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas.
Sweep and mop floors.
Clean Griddle, Grill, Fryers, Vents, etc.
Doing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Cleaning checklist.
Take temperatures of all fridges, Freezers and food. Maintain Temperature Logs Daily.
