This role has a specialized focus on switchboard operations. Positioned discreetly behind the front desk, you'll be the silent architect of the hotel's seamless operations.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Assist with printing, cutting, or distributing guest or property communications.
Use our Hospitality Management Software (HotSOS) to create tickets for anyone requesting support.
Attach Atlas branded stickers to old Travelodge luggage tracking tags.
Provide administrative support to guests, including photocopying and printing.
Monitor and manage lost and found items, including following up on emails, inputting new items into the log, contacting guests for pick up or shipping, and reviewing and discarding items that are over a month old.
Print and cut lost and found labels.
Prepare key cards for the Front Desk, fold, and pack key packets to support the Front Desk and Sales.
Qualifications:
A proven background in customer service and the ability to work independently.
Beneficial: Previous experience in a reception, administration, or hotel environment is considered an asset.
Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Availability: This full-time position requires open availability during the week and typically runs from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm shifts.
