individuals living with intellectual and physical

PBE is inviting applications for the position of
Permanent Full Time RESIDENTIAL MANAGER

NATURE OF DUTIES:
By following the established person-centered plan
programs, provides support to participants in a
manner that maximizes their potential and quality
of life.  Residential Manager duties include, but is not limited to:  
Staffing, Performance Management, Administrative Duties; Facility Monitoring, and Participant Care.

Required Qualifications:
1.    Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Drivers license
2.    Must provide a current Criminal Record
Check with the Vulnerable Sector Search prior to
employment
3.    Passionate about working with adults with
intellectual disabilities
4.    Knowledge of spoken and written English
5.    Must be available to cover shift work
6.    Minimum of Disability Support Worker
certificate or related post secondary education
7.    Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
8.    Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
and/or training

Reports to:  Associate Director of Programming
Direct Reports:  Direct Support Professionals in
the home
